The Snuggles Project - A project where you create a blanket for homeless animals.
Project Linus - Create blankets for children who are seriously ill or traumatized.
Red Scarf Project - Knit or Crochet scarves for college bound foster youth.
The Sewing Charity Directory - A directory of sewing projects.
Teddies for Tragedies - Knit, or crochet teddy bears for children in other countries.
My Recycled Bags - Free crochet patterns for bags made from plastic bags. A great way to recycle!!
Mother Bear Project - Hand knit, or crochet bears that are primarily donated to those affected by hiv/aids.
Cubs for Kids - Knit scarves, and sweaters for teddy bears that are donated to homeless shelters.
The Sleeping Bag Project - Create a sleeping bag out of cleaned used or no cost fabrics. They are then donated to the homeless.

Other Crafts

Make Origami Cranes for Amnesty International - For freedom of expression in other countries.
Make your own envelopes - recycle old magazines and transform them into envelopes.
Craft for China - contribute one-of-a-kind pieces that will be sold 2 benefit the chinese orphans. or just bid on them and win great crafts while donating to a cause.
